Fantastic customer service but having been told to purchase palma grande covers for my Madrid furniture I am so disappointed. Lousy fit on the armchairs and large pools of water form whilst the table cover is really for a firepit so also hold lots of water in the unnecessary central section. All for a whopping £301.

This cover does not fit our unit. Purchased in 2020. It has the same configuration.

Our Kettler garden table an chairs seem to be well made but after only a few years of use the paint on the arms of the chairs is bubbling and chipping off. I had hoped Kettler would be able to provide touch up paint in the right colour. It seems they can but in such minute quantities 5ml (ie a teaspoonful) as to be completely useless to do any significant amount of touching up. So I will have to buy some paint from another manufacturer which is unlikely to be a perfect match. This is very disappointing and unsatisfactory.

Thank you for your review Michael. I was sorry to read your comments. Our touch-up paint is for covering small chips and scratches, one bottle should be sufficient to cover several small imperfections. There is an instruction video available on our website, that states to put the bottle in warm water for five minutes prior to use, so that the paint is more fluid. We fully appreciate your comments, therefore I have forwarded your comments to the relevant department for future consideration.

Was very happy with my covers to start with, although at £150 ish was a bit steep... This is the 3 rd summer and they have disintegrated, with splits and holes appearing everywhere.. I just felt they should have had a longer life for the cost.. Wouldn't have gone for the originals if I'd known, thought by buying the 'good quality ones' they would last.. 😒

Put together the table and some pieces snapped and fell off - need to order replacement parts. Please advise on how to do this.

We purchased the kettler panalsol at a cost of over £1,000 and paid to have it installed. The drain holes in the shade panals appear to be in the wrong position and with just a shower of rain water pools either side of the drain holes. I have contacted kettler with pictures of the problem only to be told to remove the panels if it rains! With the weather here so changeable we would be removing them every other day. Disappointed that though having seen the problem of where the drain holes are and where the water pools we weren’t offered a better solution. As an elderly couple our shoulders aren’t as good as they were and it’s challenging taking them down every time rain predicted

Furniture arrived with splits in the wood. Quality was below my expectations. Emailed Kettler directly to make a claim under warranty, received no response.

Placed two orders Exercise bike never arrived - waiting for refund Cross fit trainer arrived in shoddy box loose packaging everywhere, bolts missing (Both were refurbished stock)

The table tennis table came with parts missing and broken and the actual table top the decals were put on upside down and it also came damaged

Purchased Elba Aluminium Medium Storage Box in July 2020. Looks nice*, pretty solid and, importantly, keeps the contents dry (ie the waterproof liner works). *But over the last winter a discolouration appeared on the top surface (about 15cmx18cm) which is not covered by the 3 year warranty. Their justification is user misuse, due to the minor scuffs elsewhere you can see, which I would normally put down to normal wear and tear in a family with small children, dogs etc, and not related to the discoloured mark. So, in summary the aluminium powder coating they use is not as resilient or as tough as you would, and should, expect.

After receiving the table tennis table (which the delivery firm rolled down the driveway!). We had three identical parts shatter during assembly, they are all little arms that are part of the release mechanism and even when greasing after the first part shattered, two more broke with very little force applied.

I purchased two lounge chair covers. on the 2nd or 3rd night of use we had a mediocre wind, which got between the chair and cover. By morning, the chair had been blown over and the cover found the other side of the garden. on retrieval the four feet togs were still tightly in place,supposedly to prevent removal! Luckily I can sew so can adapt but this should not be necessary.
