“Amazing support, they exceeded my expectations purchased a fire pit/table 12 months ago, I had an issue with it and Kettler exchanged it for a new one but also upgraded it to the latest model, I am blown away, would give them more stars if I could. I will be buying their products again! Thanks Kettler!”

“You can tell how good a company is by not only their product, which in this case is excellent, but also by their customer service. We had an issue with part of the garden furniture and it was dealt with fast & efficiently. The item was swapped over quickly and we couldn’t be happier.”

“Multiple deliveries already due to missing components, and replacing damaged frames. Still on-going discussions and more deliveries needed for missing cushions and replacement sofa frames that are still damaged. Kettler claim are cushions are discontinued so they can’t supply them as per the original order, but are available at Jati-Kebon.”

“Sadly Kettler let me down with this order. We had Kettler parasol up to last year until a gust of wind damaged it. We decided to buy the same again and purchased one online. Two days later we received an email to say that they were out of stock and that my money would be refunded. Which it was. The email didn't bother to offer us an alternative which we didn't consider to be very good customer service. Roger Williams”

“the reason i have given 3 is that the 'cover' i ordrered from Kettler was different to what was shown on the image. the cover name was Menos but the one i received shows Kettler - it's a very 'tight fit' - it doesn't have a draw string also as show on the image - as it's so tight i split the cover putting it on. the image of the cover showed it quite a loose fit but with a drawstring cord around the base. The table and chairs we purchased however seem very good quality and are just as shown in the image -”

“Our Kettler furniture is just perfect and having bought the fitted covers as well we are very pleased but what we are not happy with is the garden heater/lamp which is very very unstable and just not fit for purpose”
