“Spent over £50 on repair products for my outdoor table. Despite being recommended by the Sales team to puchase the products the colour does not match the grey colour of the table, and now looks an awful yellowish colour. Either I got a bad batch or the repair products are misleading.”

“We needed to order a cushion cover for our palma suite. I ordered the cover from the kettler website which was straightforward and the item was delivered within days. The company have been very helpful and responsive previously with queries I had last year. Would definitely recommend Kettler 👌”

“I am very pleased with the barbecue tools and glove we ordered for a gift , especially as they were in the sale . “I ordered spare parts for my Everdure BBQ and one of the items was missing on delivery, the packaging was in good shape, therefore a picking error. Kettler responded quckly to supply the missing item which was a great save... but their courier delivered to the same house number/street name in a village three miles away... it happens a lot!!! So not perfect, but responsive which is great!”
