“This is a customer service review. We purchased 6 beautiful Kettler gardens chairs plus table, parasol etc from our local garden centre 4 years ago. A fault appeared on the furniture. We were given to understand by the garden centre that there had been a one off fault in a particular production batch (I have no idea if this is correct or not). However, we were unable to locate our receipt and the garden centre refused to assist. We left it for a while thinking that this was our issue for having lost the receipt. However I thought I’d contact Kettler a few weeks ago to see if they would be prepared to do anything. They have been absolutely incredible! Yesterday they collected the faulty goods and today replacements arrived. Never have I had such amazing customer service. Things do sometimes go wrong...it’s how you fix them that’s important. I cannot recommend Kettle highly enough. Particular thanks go to Dean in customer services. Simply outstanding! I look forward to many happy years enjoying my new furniture.”

“We recently purchased a Rosemoor garden bench from Kettler via John Lewis. There was an issue with some of the screws supplied which didn’t fit properly; within 3 days of an email Kettler sent us replacements. The bench is really smart and their service was splendidly efficient.”

“Bought Henley mesh garden furniture 2016 which developed some rusting on the chairs(2018) - under guarantee these were replaced promptly - 2020 and we have the same problem (we do live within 250 metres of North Sea) - contacted Kettler (email) and same day received acknowledgement, several days later we are now awaiting replacement chairs, our choice as we were offered alternative design. Love our garden furniture in spite of problem - after sales team have been excellent and delivered 5*service for a 5* product - no hesitation in recommending company,product or service.”

“I have had many items of Kettler furniture over the last 20 years .long lasting & excellent quality. However our table started to look a little tired so updated 2 years ago 3 arrived damaged no problem it was replaced immediately by this company! Again after 2 years we noticed rust appearing, i wrote to the company not expecting to hear from them due to this epidemic! Within 1 week I received another new table no quibbles just thought that is fantastic customer service.”
