Bought Henley mesh garden furniture 2016 which developed some rusting on the chairs(2018) - under guarantee these were replaced promptly - 2020 and we have the same problem (we do live within 250 metres of North Sea) - contacted Kettler (email) and same day received acknowledgement, several days later we are now awaiting replacement chairs, our choice as we were offered alternative design. Love our garden furniture in spite of problem - after sales team have been excellent and delivered 5*service for a 5* product - no hesitation in recommending company,product or service.
