Brilliant after sales service. After nearly 5 years, three of our four chairs had a few rust spots. We contacted Kettler to request touch up paint, whereupon they offered to replace the chairs as they were still under guarantee. And they took the old ones away. So our set looks brand new again!!

There was some damage to my garden furniture and kettler were very helpful and replaced items promptly I have been very impressed with their customer service. The furniture is very comfortable and I am happy with the purchase JaneAndrews@beyondinfinity.co.uk

we had had our furniture for 4 years and although we could not find the receipt all was resolved and the old,which had rusted, was replaced without any fuss . We received our new furniture last week and were kept fully informed as to the delivery times etc and found the entire process extremely efficient.

Palma corner lounger and table protective covers coming away at the seams. The after sales were excellent and the corner lounger cover was replaced but we did not receive the table cover. One quick phone call and informed the table cover will be with us next week. Very impressed with the after sales.

Garden chairs were rusting. They were replaced 4 years ago but unfortunately rusted again. They were replaced without any problems. So, although unhappy that they were rusting, can't speak too highly for Kettler's after sales service.

Kettler honoured the no rusting warranty on our garden chairs without quibbling, even though we had bought them almost 6 years beforehand. The response was prompt, courteous and effecient. The old chairs were collected for examination at the same time as the replacement chairs were delivered.

I have had my Kettler furniture for almost 5 years, and notice the coating was being to lift, rusting the garden chairs. I went on line filled in the warranty form. I was very impressed with speed and efficiency my claim was dealt with. I had my 6 new chairs delivered within 3 weeks of my complaint. I would certainly recommend Kettler furniture to my friends and family.

I have owed are kettler table and chairs for four years when we had a problem with it discolouring having completed a warranty claim form six chairs and the table were replaced with out any issues fantastic customer service thank you

Loved the quality of our garden table and chairs so much that I treated ourselves to two sun loungers. Lovely quality and sturdy, and don't need to be stored away in the winter. One of the chairs developed a problem and this was resolved almost immediately, with no hassle. The Customer Care is excellent. Thank you Kettlers

We had an issue with the coating on one of our chairs ,which was just over 12months old, and kettler were very helpful in telling me what to do about it. I now have a new chair to replace the faulty one and I am more than happy with the after sales service. Excellent service. Many thanks kettler. Mr Bailey.

Recently I noticed the covers for my furniture bought 2 years ago had worn badly and had torn. Although out of guarantee I contacted them. A swift reply offered to replace with new (and improved) covers without quibble. Received in a few days. I rarely write reviews (I don't care about your opinion. Why would you care about mine?) but how a firm handles problems is a good measure of whether to deal with them. In this experience they couldn't have been better. I'm happy to recommend.

Having noticed rusting on our garden chairs we contacted Kettler and even though we were a few days outside the 5 year guarantee period they agreed to replace the full set. Many thanks Kettler for great service.

The companion chair I purchased 2 years ago started to show water damage on the wooden tabletop Kettler replaced it without hesitation for a newer model which was promptly delivered

The garden furniture bought 4 years ago (with a 5 year warranty) started to show tiny areas of rust two years in. Kettler immediately replaced the two affected chairs. When the table and the other two chairs developed the same problem this year, they replaced the whole set, including the two chairs previously replaced, so that I would have a complete set with new and perfect finish. This is very impressive customer service! The company is a pleasure to deal with and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Garden furniture showed some rust spots and still in five year guarantee. Called up no quibble and the whole set was replaced an absolute releif and stress free. Well done and the customer service was sublime

Having chosen Kettler for new patio furniture 4 years ago - we have enjoyed it's design and quality since. It began to look slightly tired and indeed rusted in parts. Not unreasonable after 4 years I thought as we left out in all weathers without covers. So I thought to just get a tin of touch up paint and was initially alarmed that only a very small bottle would not be sufficient. To be fair it would have dealt with the parts but thought I would give a good coat, as you do. In stepped Rachel of Customer services who was courteous and efficient in explaining the Kettler policy of replacement under warranty because they now have a much better coated system in place and realised the previous had limitations. Now received and we are now Kettler Ambassadors for life. I have never been more impressed with any manufacturer of anything EVER. Guess what we have since purchased an umbrella with solar lights - which is fantastic, we looked no further than Kettler. Please let me know when you are making cars!

Fantastic company , met their warranty without any fuss. you just send the pictures in then they call to arrange collection and replacement. so so easy. I wish more companies could act like this, also nice friendly staff to deal with . Gold stars all round thank you
