“Complaint dealt with, polite and sensible conversation. Replacements sent with min delay arrived within 10 days as promised. Obviously rather a problem had not occurred in the first place and hopefully all will be ok from now on.”

“We made a warranty claim on one of four garden chairs a year ago. It was replaced quickly with no quibble. A year later another chair showed signs of rust coming through. I was concerned that the other two may follow the same path (may have been a faulty batch) and so the three were replaced. This was offered (I did not have to ask). The five year warranty is true to it's word. The new chairs were delivered and the faulty ones collected. I expressed concerns about the faulty ones being thrown away and was told they are refurbished and recycled - great news.”

“Well they exchanged my extending table and 8 chairs with no hassle what so ever I would highly recommend their customer service especially Zak who was unbelievably helpfull. I have not seen the new patio set as yet they are still in the boxes they came in we are having our garden landscaped before we put them out so at the beginning of May they will be out in all their glory...fingers crossed.. “I have only the highest praise for the after sales customer service provided by Kettler. A problem with a garden table was dealt with most efficiently and professionally by a very motivated team. The pick-up of the old table and delivery of the replacement was a completely smooth operation thanks to the Kettler team and their courier (Panther). Overall, I have been extremely impressed by Kettler and recommend them highly and with confidence.”
