“Very efficient, clean and tidy installation. There were a couple of instances of miscommunication which need mentioning - firstly the appointment for the survey was scheduled by the office for 2pm, surveyor arrived 11.30 a.m. and secondly the installation was scheduled for 1 day but it was clear right from the start that this was never going to be the case and 2 days later all was finished. A highly professional team and overall a brilliant job.”

“Kettell Windows were excellent. They kept us informed of our order which arrived on time. The installation was brilliant and the fitters really friendly. The product is lovely quality and they are nice people to deal with. What more could you ask for?”

“Kettell were great. They were really helpful with our original quote and deciding what we wanted/needed. Once we had the work started the fitters were polite, clean and tidy, arrived on time everyday and kept us updated throughout the process. Would definitely use again”

“An excellent experience with this company from start to finish. They were patient whilst I made up my mind about exactly what I wanted, answered all questions and replied promptly. The fitters were great, they turned up on time, were polite, considerate and very tidy. They worked round me when I needed to use one room to work from home and kept me informed about what they would do each day. They were really nice chaps and also seemed to like working with one another which was lovely to see and hear. Finally, I am delighted with my new windows and door, they look fantastic”

“Kettle windows are excellent, both in terms of customer service and most importantly expertise and workmanship. From the initial visit to assess the work to completion their employees were punctual, polite and well informed. They were also very underdtanding when asked to delay the work because of our concerns regarding isolation issues around the Pandemic. As part of the work, they were reqired to fit Bi folding doors in place of an old metal patio door, in , it would seem to be, a very poorly built 40+ year old extension. The job was not without challenges, which they dealt with expertly with little fuss and amazingly have really made ' a silk purse out of a sow's ear' for us! Thank you”

“Our first time using Kettell Windows after the one man band fitter we had trusted and used for decades retired. The fitter Will has done a nice neat job and Kettell were able to supply exactly what we wanted to replace our leaking old window and match to what we had had fitted previously by our last installer. We have now booked back in with them for a larger project.”
