“Tia was professional, friendly and took lots of time and care to make sure I was happy with my hair cut she did a fab job. Staff are friendly and I have always had a great experience here. Thank you. Only bit of feedback I'd give is aesthetic! The lights on the ceiling of the hair washing station are very bright and there is a lot of glare when getting your hair washed, could do with different lighting. But apart from that very minor thing I can't think of any other feedback!”

“Booked a cut only with Manny (which includes rough blowdrying). It's my first time getting long hair blowdried at a hairdresser's in the UK and it's partly on me for not realising that the blowdrying was a bit too aggressive for my hair type and personal preferences and the hair was too dry and frizzy afterwards. Should've asked for the drying to stop once my hair stopped dripping and then just let it air dry. Otherwise happy with the trim and the customer service. I was offered a glass of orange juice and it was really nice!”

“I regularly have my hair cut and coloured by Kelly. She is brilliant and there is a lovely friendly atmosphere in the salon. I was a little disappointed with the wash last time . It was very rushed and the conditioner was on my head for just a few seconds, leaving my hair quite dry afterwards. This is unusual at Kellys.”

“Ive been using Anne"s for years she had trained most of those in hair now around. Kelly continues tat now and does a fine job for a man anyway so try her out cut or treatment all very neat and professional”

“Not sure that I gave enough direction for this hair cut. Top layers came out a bit short. The lower layers were really thinned out so it feels bulky on top but may be ok when it grows out. I look a bit like my Mum which is not what I was hoping for. Mostly happy with my hair cuts at the salon though.”

“I had Claire wash and cut my hair. It turns out I had booked the wrong service (I had booked blow-dry instead of cut and dry). Claire was very kind and accommodating when I explained I just wanted a trim and some layers and then diffused at the end. She said that she would be able to do this for me in the time we had and she explained in future that I didn't need to book a dry, just a cut next time. She washed, cut and diffused my hair all in half an hour, gave useful advice regarding diffusers and said that I can pop in to get my undercut shaved for free pretty much whenever. Overall great experience with Claire.”

“Good service overall but a few pointers for the salon. A few points in my opinion that could be adopted in the salon for Afro-Caribbean hair: 1. After washing/conditioning hair it might be worth checking there is no residue of product on the scalp. 2. For a hair trim/cut after straightening: just brushing the hair all to the back and cutting/ evening the length isn’t enough. Hair isn’t always the same length on the head so it’s best to section hair and cut/ trim dead ends.”

“Good hair cut. They really listened to my preferences. I was made v. welcome. However they couldn't provide an adult booster seat for hair washing, also their prices are a bit steep. All-in-all I'm happy with their service. You were also not TOLD to wear a mask, unlike some hairdressers.”

“Brilliant but noticed they charged me extra for cut when I didn't have a cut. I understand why because I'm nervous and awkward and they probably thought I wouldn't notice but I did straight away. She said it out loud. Very upsetting”
