I had Claire wash and cut my hair. It turns out I had booked the wrong service (I had booked blow-dry instead of cut and dry). Claire was very kind and accommodating when I explained I just wanted a trim and some layers and then diffused at the end. She said that she would be able to do this for me in the time we had and she explained in future that I didn't need to book a dry, just a cut next time. She washed, cut and diffused my hair all in half an hour, gave useful advice regarding diffusers and said that I can pop in to get my undercut shaved for free pretty much whenever. Overall great experience with Claire.
