“The highlights were good, however I find I can still see a lot of root. Next time I would appreciate if they could have less root. Otherwise I am very happy with the colours and the thickness :) Many thanks”

“At my last appointment, the stylist I was booked in with was off sick. I got a very prompt phone call and was offered an appointment only very slightly later. Friendly service and a very good cut - thank you!”

“I really enjoy having my hair cut at this salon. The staff are friendly and approachable and it has a great atmosphere. The hairdressers are professional and listen to what you want but also offer their expert opinions. I will definitely be going back.”

“I really enjoyed my visit to the salon. The stylist really listened and seemed genuinely interested in what I wanted. She gave me good advice and I have had lots of positive comments on the colour and cut. If there are any negatives I didn't like the coffee - it was bitter.”

“- Online booking is convenient, but you can't amend your appointment online, you need to call - interior is newly renovated and tidy, and service quality Is good, stuff is welcoming and polite, too exotic to my taste, but I can cope with that. - if one travels by car, take extra time to find a parking, as neighbourhood has scarce parking space.”

Parking locally has been difficult for the last year with the building work behind the salon but things are looking up. One half of the new car park is now open ( at the end of Caroline Street) and when the whole car park reopens in September there will be 90 spaces. Thank you for choosing us to do your hair. Keith

“The service I got from Marie was amazing she was very friendly and chatty. The only downside was my fringe was a bit short but it grows quickly so I wasn't overly bothered. Amazing haircut though everyone was complimenting me on it at the wedding I went to later in the day :)”

“Service is good. Depends who you go to. Appointments get booked up. Don't think the value of money is worth paying for the service provided. Slightly overpriced. Been going for a while and still ok to go.”

“Nice hairdresser. Good at understanding when I did not want to talk, talking when i did, good headmassage, and very efficient haircut. The only drawback is that the haircut only looks good for a few weeks, would be nice with a bit more planning in the hairstyle”

“I had kerastraight, and I am very satisfied. The staff are great and customer orientated. I will only say that my stylist lacks a tender feeling in his treatment of my head and hair during washing (neglecting the hair at the nape of the neck) and tends to rip hair and occasionally hit me with hairdryer! i want this comment to be anonymous, but it would be worth while mentioning that the scalp is incredibly sensitive, and my hair is brittle and precious. I don't want to pay to be man-handled.”
