“I often change hairdresser because I know what cut I want for my curly/messy hair and I never get what I ask for: not this time! Tia listen to what I wanted, always checking with me if I was happy with what she was doing, and I was (am) really happy with the result. As a plus, being able to go there after work makes it easier to cut my hair at due time.”

“I haven't been in a salon for about 20years so I wasn't looking forward to my experience. However, Maria put me at ease with her knowledge & experience & kept me entertained! I was delighted with the outcome - full head tint + highlights - & I'm even considering another visit! Thank you to Maria & the Bicester team. Angela”

“Thanks to Maria for her cheerful and uplifting chatter. I went in feeling miserable and came out feeling happy and with a lovely haircut. Blowdrying made all the difference - now if only I could blow dry like Maria!”

“I like the atmosphere and staff are friendly. I had half a head of highlights and liked the colour but when i got home found that colour wasn't blended in some areas so looks a little fake and untidy.”

“First visit to the salon and was very pleased with the way Rebecca cut and styled my hair. However on entering the salon I was not impressed as I felt the receptionist was not very welcoming and just paid lip service. Fortunately Rebecca was also in the reception area and WAS welcoming .”

“Very friendly service and I'm happy with my haircut. I was a bit taken aback with the introduction of paper towels though. I prefer real towels, much more comfy! And I can't imagine paper ones are better for the environment...”

About the towels, sorry they weren't explained to you... they are called EasyDry and they are made from bio-degradeable plant materials sourced from agricultural bi-product and they can go in either landfill or recycling without harming the environment. Because we don't use cotton towels we reduce our use of water and energy for washing AND each client has a new towel which only they have, so much more hygenic than cotton towels. “I come every 3-6 months and have been to different staff, usually I am very satisfied, especailly when seeing Tia or Anne. This month I saw Kelly and sadly was very dissatsfied with the cut, it made me look very mumsy and not myself, but ther was nothing otherwise wrong, she was polite and profesisonal, but I didn't like the outcome at all, probably just a matter of different tastes. I wonder if there was a way to better discuss the type of look one is after before the cut?”

“I have a fantastic hair stylist, Kelly. I have been with Klyva number of years now. Previous to Kelly, I cut my own hair as I did not trust hairdressers. I found you fave then a cut you wanted and they would cut my hair to how they liked it. Kelly listens, takes time to reassure my and always explains what she is doing as she dies my fair. Kelly colors, cuts and styles my hair and I always leave a satisfied customer. She is a credit to Anne Veck Salon (I think the owner could speak and treat her staff better at times) and I would find it hard to trust anyone else apart from Kelly. ????”

“Hello, I came to your salon on Saturday and my hair was cut by Jowita. I had a great chat with her adding to the enjoyable experience :) I really liked the new style (she layered my hair and changed the parting) and thought the salon had a great buzz about it. I have just moved to the area and was looking for a local hair salon. The massaging chair made me laugh too - wasn't expecting that! Will definitely return! Emma xxx”

“Always a pleasant experience, the receptionist was able to take mine and my son's jacket as it had been raining and offered me a drink. I was later seen by my hair dresser Maria who is always pleasant and very helpful. Maria even offered my son some water when he said he felt unwell. Neither Maria or the other staff were bothered by my son's presence and assured me it was ok for him to sit in the chair next to me. Would definitely recommend their professionalism and friendliness.”

“I had my higlights done and had a cut this morning. The highlights are very pretty and the stylist took time to evaluate the colour of my previous highlights done in a different salond to match the new ones! the cut turned out too short at the sides of my head, with the shortest hairs halfway my neck (before the cut they were falling far over my shoulder). I did say i wanted it a bit round in the front but i did not mean a lot shorter, i just meant at the end. perhaps i was not clear on that. I did not say anything about it in the salon as it was cut really quick before i could say anything and saying it would not make the hair come back. Afterwards i was thinking it would have been appreciated if the stylish would first show where she exactly was going to cut before actually doing it. I had saved up on that hair for a long time as i wanted to finally let it grow long after medicine that stopped hairgrowth. Despite that i had a pleasant visit and the colour is great!”
