“Had another brilliant haircut from Sylvain. He has been the best cutter I have ever had - no question. He really listens, and works out a cut that does exactly what you ask while adapting it a little so that it really suits your face and head shape. The cut has lasted really well too.”

“As a man with long hair, trying to find someone who understands a male long cut seem to be few and far between. I've been coming to Anne Veck for a number of years but Sylvain has just given me the best cut/style I've had in a long time.”

“I booked for a full head tint and blow dry on the phone the receptionist (who didn’t disclose) her name confirmed the price in total would be £41 after the discount of my birthday voucher (£20). I turned up to the salon got any my treatments done when it came to paying Eliza the stylist told me I have to pay £72 which was more than double to what I was quoted on the phone. I was thoroughly disappointed as it was a mistake of the receptionist and it would have been nice for the salon to honour their original price. Even more so there was no apology or compensation . I am a regular to the salon, after this experience I don’t think I will be returning due to poor communication the salon has mismanaged the treatment of a loyal customer.”

Hi Mehr I'm very sorry about this, I'll investigate and get back to you , I hope we can keep you. Obviously a communication problem as you say.... Your price was full head tint @ £51 plus blow dry medium/long hair @ £41= total £92 less £20 voucher = £72. So you were charged correctly. Keith, Anne Veck salons

“Kelly has been my hairdresser since September 2014 and she is simply....the best!!!!!!!! I moved to Birmingham in 2018, and I keep coming back to her every 6-8 weeks for my haircut and die, as I could not find anywhere better. All her team are excellent too, making a great and friendly atmosphere when you get to Kelly's salon. I would also like to mention Emilia, who is always of a great help! For those not knowing the salon...I highly recommend it with all my honesty and trust. I congratulate Kelly for her achievements and I wish her and her lovely team all the very best in the long run!”

“I saw Sylvain for colour and he not only an artist with scissors but the colour result he gave me was amazing. Originally we planned pink but he had an idea and we went with it. I am so glad that I got to experience Sylvain's artistry and am so pleased with the result. Thank you again Sylvain and see you soon!”

“Sylvian gave me a beautiful balayage and cut. Despite my initial nerves about having my hair dyed for the first time I had an amazing experience and Sylvian helped me feel confident and calm through the whole procedure :) Couldn’t recommend Anne Veck enough”

“I had a wonderful time at Anne Veck's. My hair was cut by Sylvain (a French hairdresser) and not only I came out with the best hair-cut I had for a very long time, but I also had a fantastic time and a good laugh. Sylvain made my day. The scalp massage was quite something too! Thank you so much again! I will be back soon, please don't go anywhere :D”

“Sylvain was amazing! I wasn’t sure what I wanted at first and he gave me so much inspiration and talked through it all in depth before the colouring appointment. Everyone qt the salon is so lovely, but most of all I’m so happy with my hair! Sylvain really is an artist, it was a pleasure to watch him work!”

“Warm welcome, LOVE the massage chair for the shampoo. Hairstylist Sylvain the French, understood what I wanted, made great suggestions too, did exactly what I asked for, absolutely charming and professional throughout the whole service, did a fantastic head massage with the shampoo. “It was my third time getting my hair done at Anne Veck and my second time with Sylvain and I don’t think I’m ever going to be able to let any one else do my hair again because he is literally a magician! He knows what I want without me even knowing myself and convinced me to add a little touch of pink to my toner so I let him have full creative control and he did not disappoint! So so so happy with the results and had so many compliments because it’s blended so beautifully and even though it’s subtle it really adds something extra and makes me feel amazing. I can wholeheartedly recommend Anne Veck but especially Sylvain to any one who wants to add some flair to their style and needs a stylist they can trust. He is clearly so passionate about what he does and you need only look at my hair to see how amazingly talented he is :) Thank you Sylvain and see you next time when you will probably convince me to have rainbow hair hahaha ❤️❤️❤️”

“I managed to get a last minute appointment last Friday and I had no idea how lucky I was. I had the amazing Sylvain whom I had never had before. I have had lots of balayage done before on my hair but none as incredible as this. He created the most natural honey blonde balayage ever also leaving my hair beautifully soft and shiny. If you want something inventive, professional and polished go to Sylvain. I’m so happy with my hair and have received so many compliments. 5 stars.”
