Good service overall but a few pointers for the salon. A few points in my opinion that could be adopted in the salon for Afro-Caribbean hair:
1. After washing/conditioning hair it might be worth checking there is no residue of product on the scalp.
2. For a hair trim/cut after straightening: just brushing the hair all to the back and cutting/ evening the length isn’t enough. Hair isn’t always the same length on the head so it’s best to section hair and cut/ trim dead ends.
