“Purchased a Napoleon Prestige Pro 665 BBQ and the customer service I received was outstanding. Although I ordered online, I did phone through beforehand to ask several questions, which were answered very quickly & in a very friendly & professional manner. “I purchased the Palram Skylight Rubicon polycarbonate shed. It was delivered promptly. I erected it on my own with very little problem. Do not erect on your own if windy. Very sturdy when bolted down. Had gale force winds a couple of days after I erected it and there was no problem.”

“Ordered items shown as in stock, had to wait 16 days for delivery but was contacted by phone to be informed of the delay and confirm I was happy with that. Items arrived via courier not on a pallet as per order confirmation, as a result the heavy fence panels had sustained damage on the corners. Informed company and they apologised !!.”
