“Great service and value (some of the best prices and free delivery). The lawnmower I ordered arrived in 2 days (excellent given covid situation). Did have a problem with the lawnmower initially but sorted immediately over the phone. Great company to deal with.”

“I hadn't ordered or dealt with Keen Gardener so it was with fingers crossed that I ordered a mini greenhouse. Ordered on a friday - it arrived following Monday. Five stars! Constructing it we could see it was good quality for a very good price. Five stars. However, we found that the shelves did not fit. Contacted Keen Gardener with photos. Reply within a couple of hours with apologies and saying they would send photos to manufacturer. 5 stars. Reply following day saying greenhouse would be replaced but out of stock and would be 2 - 3 weeks - placed on back order. Five stars for customer service. Haven't received replacement greenhouse yet but timescale has not expired so hopeful it will arrive wiothin a couple of weeks.”

“By the time we threaded the lights through the trellis six of the flowers broke off. Very flimsy, would not last very long. Returned for refund.”
