“I was sent the wrong item by mistake, very similar product and I guess it was just a mix up when the item was picked for shipment. Customer services sorted the mistake out with the correct item dispatched immediately with a genuine apology. I would definitely recommend Keengardener. Thank you Richard”

“I ordered 3 items as they seemed the cheapest online.... I was really surprised how quickly they arrived, how well they were packed and perfect. They are a product of a well known manufacturer (Hozelock) so I’m delighted with my bargain. Many thanks to Keengardener - I’ll be back!”

“Keengardener was very efficient and pleasant about delivery... and refund. The Le Chameau Country boots were, for me, giant in the calf (should have guessed, they’re unisex) and so heavy. Probably great if you’re standing around shooting all day, but not so good for walkies...”

“I ordered lumify lights and was sent a different, I believe inferior, make of lights. When I rang to complain I was immediately sent a returns label and refunded the cost about a week later. The better service would have been to communicate that there was a problem and check that the alternative was acceptable so saving time and delivery costs.”

We are very sorry the incorrect lights were dispatched and picked in our warehouse, this was not a problem we were aware of until this was reported to us so please accept our apologies. The lights received were by the same manufacturer and were higher value however clearly should not have left our warehouse. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
