“Paid for next day delivery but took over a week to be delivered!!”

We are very sorry to hear you experienced a delay with Royal Mail from your order placed with us on the 11th November. We can see the order was despatched on time and inline with our despatch times we communicate. We can confirm the service you selected and paid for was Royal Mail 48 service and not our DPD next day service. Unfortunately Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed however they aim to deliver these parcels within 2 - 3 working days. “Outdoor Battery powered string lights - this is our second set and we have been very happy with them. The timer works well 6 hours on 18 hours off and look lovely attached to our wooden gazebos and bar area. Batttery life is long. They were delivered quickly.”
