“Shed looks good when assembled. Initially felt very flimsy but more sturdy now put together. Some pieces were difficult to align so needs someone with experience to assemble. Can move once assembled which is good. I was disappointed re: delivery as i was emailed on the day to say it was arriving but I was at work so they left it by the gate. Fortunately I live in a quiet cul de sac.”

“Excellent customer service. I ordered 2 packs of rootrainers, but only one packet was despatched. A call to Keengardener, easy to speak to a person and the order was corrected immediately. Rootrainers excellent for starting seedlings, these to replace some I bought over 10 years ago. Quality remains good.”

“Great item, price and delivery but response wasn't very good, it was quite a large item which 2 mens delivered but we had no email or anything to let us know it was on its way or given a delivery date, for it, we was just lucky that someone was home at the time to take the delivery. I would of given 5 stars if we'd had some sort of communication involved.”
