“I have received my Cascade Pon Pump in good time and in good order, for which I am grateful, but: I had expected it to be solar and it was mains driven, and you had no solar ones to offer, even though my last Cascade was solar; and, I would have liked to order the tubing to turn the pump into a cascade rather than a fountain, but could not find anywhere to order tubing on your website, so that was also disappointing. I will try you again when need arises.”

“Lovely product and delivered promptly. Unfortunately our order had a slight defect but we were swiftly communicated with and offered an acceptable discount to keep the product which we accepted. We were also given the option of a full refund so excellent customer service. This experience will not discourage me from buying from them again but in fact due to the way they handled my situation would encourage me to use them again.”

“Bought the Palram Palermo gazebo which is excellent quality although we are still waiting for the curtains which are out of stock. Best prices from keen gardener. Would have been 5 star but delivery was cancelled without keen gardener letting me know so had to collect the gazebo. Not sure if keen gardener knew it had been cancelled. Would definitely use keen gardener again Alan Russell”

“The ordering and delivery of the Bio green Tropic greenhouse heater was easy and arrived safely and in good time. The heater is fine with one exception that the inbuilt thermostat does not work as I had hoped, it would either heat to much or not come on at all. I have since purchased a bio green thermostat and alls well.”
