“-items showed as available and then after ordering and processing we received an email that the item not in stock. - many time pricing error after making the payment and excuses like the showed price was a mistake !!! - no offers nor discount provided despite these errors”

Hi Noura You are correct that the skirt you ordered was incorrectly priced but as per the terms of the website, we do reserve the right to cancel an order if an error has been made. We did offer you the skirt with over 70% off the RRP price but you declined it so therefore we issued a refund as you requested. This does look like a genuine human inputting error and I apologise for any inconvenience caused

Morning Our system sent you the tracking info on the 15th March when the order was dispatched I have also just sent you a seperate email, if its not received plese check your junk mail incase it has gone in there. could I also ask if you would revise your review star rating please as the order was fulfilled

“Nice shop but they are not clear on custom charges to the mainland of Europe with the result that I had to pay €107 for custom charges on a order of £226. Not a great experience and delivery is slow. Won’t shop here again.”

Hi I am sorry you feel you didnt have a great experience We do state in our delivery terms that customs charges are handled by the customer, this is something out of our control, since leaving EU any shipments leaving the country would be liable to your local customs and duty charges. Do to each country having its own customs tarriff we would be unable to provide any guidance on what the expected charges would be sorry.

Hi Paul When you placed this order, you chose free click and collect from the store. Your goods were ready the following day after you made your order and a email was sent advising there ready to collect. Could we please ask that you revise your review please
