“Superb service once again. Sadly item I ordered, the size was out of stock but with great advice we ordered the next size down. Great grandniece tried the item yesterday and it was a perfect fit. I wish you could have seen the smile! So full marks to the lovely young man that handled the order.”

“Purchased a hat in the online sale, a member of staff, Simon, contacted me the next morning to say he’d found the matching scarf (it wasn’t online) and did I want it? The hat and scarf arrived a couple of days later with a little note. I am very picky about the service I receive, when I receive service as good as this I tell everyone. I would definitely recommend this store. Thank you Simon for going the extra mile. Best wishes Joanne”
