Purchased a hat in the online sale, a member of staff, Simon, contacted me the next morning to say he’d found the matching scarf (it wasn’t online) and did I want it? The hat and scarf arrived a couple of days later with a little note. I am very picky about the service I receive, when I receive service as good as this I tell everyone.
