“Thank you so much Kate & Toms your first class service was amazing from start to finish! We had the most amazing weekend in the Cotswolds at Marsden Manor simply stunning place! Everything was perfect simply perfect....... we will never forget that weeken and hope to go back next year....”

“The house was completely as stated. Very well maintained and furnished. Very cosy and welcoming. Great handover by Brett. We have received much better hampers with other luxury escapes. We would definitely use Kate and Tom's again.”

“We rented Elephant & Castle in Warwickshire for a hen party - there were 15 of us and it was absolutely perfect. The house was even better than the pictures and incredibly well-equipped. The social spaces (the bar, dining area and lounge) were perfect and there was plenty of space for people to get involved or chill out. We spent the Friday evening at the local Tom O Wood which was brilliant. The whole process with Kate and Toms was seamless. We are already talking about booking again. Thank you!”

“Kate & Tom's communication was excellent and the description of the house was spot on. The house that we stayed in was slightly older than their normal spec but i was given the option of viewing the house before completing the booking. The house was beautiful and perfect for the group weekend.”

“Marsden Manor was the perfect house for us we had a great time. We were made very welcome on arrival. Diana. the house keeper communicated well with us beforehand to make sure we had everything required. The only comment I have was when booking I was told that the swimming pool was not available during January which at the time that is what it said on the website. This situation must have changed at some point but I was not informed but the website had been amended it would have been helpful if I had an email to alert me. As it was the children all swam in the altogether and so was not a real problem.”
