*Do NOT trust this company to install* I bought a Miele Dishwasher on the 30th of November under the impression that it would be delivered and installed within 1 to maximum 2 weeks. It was organised through Kaboodle and when Miele delivered to them a few days after my purchase, I was told that they couldn't install until the 19th of December!! As there was nothing we could do, we waited patiently and washed everything by hand until the 19th of December when I called in the morning to confirm our appointment (and was told that we are booked in and it should be installed later that day). Great news! I have now received a call at 2:30pm by Imogen to tell me that the installation will not happen today AND WILL NOT BE DONE UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS!!! I asked why they couldn't deliver and install the following day and was told "because that would inconvenience other customers...". Well what about us? Are we not customers who have paid for this service? I was told that the installation guy is sick which I'm very sorry to hear but that doesn't excuse another 2 - 3 weeks of delay! Who will be installing the appliances tomorrow? Why can they not pay another technician extra to deliver on their confirmed orders when something like this happens? I wish I had never selected the installation option when I purchased my appliance. It would have saved me so much time. This company doesn't care about their customers and now our Christmas celebration will be affected because of it. The appliance will now be delivered without installation and I have to sort it out myself, thanks for nothing but wasted time Caboodle.
