I find it hard now. The other day nag try ako i need to call to be assisted with someone. Most of my recipient i cant fine it. Ewan kung ano ngyari. Mas maganda yung dati.

I sent money to the Philippines on May 21st which, as of today, May 23rd, has still not been credited to the intended recipient’s account. I have made multiple follow-ups, and each time I was told the money had already been credited. However, the recipient personally visited the bank to inquire, and no funds have been received. Your team has since informed me that you are still waiting for proof of deposit from the bank. This situation is extremely frustrating and distressing, as the funds were intended for hospitalization expenses, and the delay is causing serious inconvenience and emotional stress during an already difficult time. I have used Kabayan Remit many times and always trusted your service, but this experience has been deeply disappointing.

I like this service as it gives a better exchange rate compared to the other remittance provider. What I don't like with the service is the never ending forms they want you to fill in, the duplication of information they keep on asking you. I understand that there is a process to follow but this can be 100% improve. I would like to see a simplier process and less duplication. It saves time and money in the long run.

It is hard to claim the 400 rewards points. When you click claim rewards. Not working. Goes to unlocked rewards don't know how to use it.

I found the customer service experience to be frustrating, as it takes a long time to get a response and have issues resolved. Additionally, the process of logging into my bank account to complete an Interac transfer is inconvenient compared to other remittance services. The transfer speed is also slower, and it doesn’t arrive within minutes as expected, which can be disappointing when time is crucial. Overall, the service could improve in terms of responsiveness, convenience, and transfer speed.

Previously, it was very easy for my family in the Philippines to pick up the money, but now, for the second time in a row, they need to wait two days to claim the money. I do not know if I will be able to continue using your service, Kabayan.

The point system does not work even I had transactions there were no points accumulated. The referral points that I should get also did not credit on my account. I contacted the support about this but tgey did nothing. Rates they offer are low and the fee is too high.

The first referral was successful because they have a verified account and have already sent a remittance. However, your second referral's account is still pending verification. I referred a friend and she did her first transaction upon registration but Kabayan remit cannot find her payment and it did auto deposit to Kabayan remit therefore she cannot cancel it at the bank
