Disappointed.......been with kabayan remit for more than 10 years now and didnt experience any problem using my account.Still using the same account and was told cant use my account why????? Havent use any other account though.Anyway thanks dor the service.

I was not updated that one of Kabayan remit service was no longer active. As a result, my payment for my sss loan was delayed .

They asked for my proof of billing and bank statement twice already which delayed my transaction twice for 2 months. I've sent the same bank details/ statement and I dont understand why they keep on asking the same documents which delayed the transactions.

In one of my previous transaction i was not informed that there will be a delay in completing it. I asked for answer why i was not informed and until now I haven't received any explanation.

Their so called compliance staff are mostly inconsistent... It seems that they don't know how to do their job in an orderly manner.

System's messed up since upgrade. My remittance was delayed because of the changes they made in the system. Thinking of going back to my old remittance centre.

I was asked to send compliance documents right after a transaction. I emailed copies of 2 debit card statements but was asked to send one more proof of billing. This caused further delay in my money transfer. I was expecting the money to be credited before 4 PM in the Philippines as what was advertised in your website. The money arrived in my beneficiary's account at 6 PM when the bank has already closed. That money was supposed to fund a postdated check. You do not realise the amount of stress you put me into because of waiting for the money transfer.

According to our records the receipt has stated the funds will be credited from 1 PM - 6 PM (Manila time), if you have received an SLA stating it will be credited before 4 PM please do let us know, so we can investigate further. From time to time we have to review our identification records to process your transaction due to our ongoing compliance responsibilities. Lack of consideration and empathy to client’s needs and not organised. Requirements should been asked before clients contact to send not pending transactions because clients not able to provide docs right away.

Not all, but some of the staff are incompetent, misleading informations are given to the clients. Communicating with you when there are some concerns can sometimes feels like one way. You want to be heard but you never listened when there is an issue. Acknowledging clients concern is one way of showing you do care.

Upon checking your recent transaction which was created on Saturday and Credited on Tuesday, we haven't encountered any delay po. The receipt sent to you has stated that the funds will be credited on Tuesday from 1-6PM. The money was not credited on the said account on the mentioned schedule. Customer representatives kept calling anytime of the day, not minding if the customer is asleep from a night shift. Can you just message first if free then will give you a callback once available. Cannot wait if the money is not yet credited to you, again kept calling. Sometimes, you also need to wait a bit. Thinking to look for another remittance. Suggesting my friends and relatives not to use this remittance center. I'm not using this as much as I do before.

I have experience that they forgot the money to send it and it's been sitting my money for 5 days I should get compensate for that and few more complaints

The money was not there on stated day.It was not there the next day.I had to contact Kabayan.They gave a new number the same as the original pick up number.This did not work,Then a letter was to be added to end of original number.3rd day lucky.I was informed there was a systems error causing this.
