“l’ve been longer used kabayan remit reliable and responsive but when it come to claiming rewards it gonna happen to use it in my remittance that’s make me upset always said is automatically use when l remit.”

“I was not happy. I claimed 600 points rewards on July 7 and 400 points on July 25, 2025. Both claimed rewards was not applied to my transactions. I sent several messages but not any response was received. I have been a Kabayan Remit customers for a number of years but i was not treated fairly.”

We're very sorry for the inconvenience, upon checking your account on our system, your transaction on July 7 it was already discounted about 25% of the service fee and also on July 25 you have also discounted 15% of the service fee. Once you claim your rewards, it will be auto deduct on your service fee po Kabayan! Automatic napo siyang magleless sa charge.
