“Disappointed to my transaction, give the fact that for some time Ive been using kabayan as my only remittance but now whenever I needed the most just lets me down and stressed me out just to do compliance and everything but in the end it waist my time and my work..not recommended anymore”

“Kabayan Remit Canada has repeatedly delayed crediting my funds to my bank account in the Philippines without providing any prior notice or informing the customer about the delay. This lack of communication is very concerning, especially when customers are relying on the funds to be available on time”

We sincerely understand how frustrating it can be when your funds are delayed. At the time of your transaction, BDO was undergoing emergency maintenance. As a result, we needed to wait for the bank’s confirmation before determining the appropriate action. Unfortunately, this prevented us from crediting your funds as quickly as we normally would.
