Hello po sir Eduardo, We understand that claiming or redeeming rewards points can be a bit confusing at first. Here’s how you can easily use your Kabayan Remit Rewards points: 1. First - Log in to your Kabayan Remit account. 2. Second - On your Dashboard, click the “Claim Your Discounts” icon before sending money. 3. Third - Click “Claim Rewards”. 4. Next is choose the reward you want to redeem – for example, 15%, 25%, 50%, or 100% off service fees. 5. And lastly, once redeemed, the discount will automatically apply to your service fee, making it lower. After redeeming your points, you can now proceed to send money with the applied discount. We hope this makes the process easier and help you. If you still confused you can call directly our 24/7 customer service to assist you immediately. Salamat po for using Kabayan Remit!❤️

Upon checking, the funds have not yet been credited to the receiver’s account as the transaction is still within the processing period. Rest assured that we are actively monitoring the transaction. We sincerely apologize for the delay in the remittance. Please be advised that the delay was caused by the Receiver’s E-wallet reaching its transaction limit. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, as the limit is set by the e-wallet company. As a result, we had to wait for notification and confirmation from our banking partner.
