“if there is a zero option here. i will put zero option. I sent money on Aug. 20, 2024. deducted immediately, upon checking after 7 days. They never sent my money. I am trying to call the customer service, but no one is answering. I will report this to asap. and please dont use this!”

Upon checking our system, we can confirm that the transactions made on August 20 were successfully processed. If there is any transaction that we were unable to process, the amount sent will be refunded to your sending account. The refund process typically takes 2-3 working days, depending on your bank. Please note that you do not need to contact your bank, as the refund is initiated by Kabayan Remit. Our customer service team is available 24/7 to assist you.
