“Poor customer service”

Upon reviewing your transaction, we found that the delay was due to our partner bank's system maintenance, which unfortunately may have affected the timing of your transfer. “i used kabayan remmit online i can send money anytime to my family in backhome for almost 8yrs no need to go out just use their apps i can say this company their apps i trusted and i recomend to anyone!”

“I love Kabayan Remit. Competitive rates. The customer service reps are very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I only wish that we could check the rates without signing in just like the old Asenso Remit. Because now, we need to sign in before we could check the rates. If that could be fixed, i'll give Kabayan Remit a 5 star ratings. For now, i'll give KR a 4 star ratings. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
