Thank you for your review,Rex. Official receipt of the transaction automatically sends to the remitter's email 15 minutes after receiving the Interac payment. Sometimes receipts take longer due to the high volume of transactions that we're receiving, but we're making sure that we're still delivering our promise that funds will be delivered in the PH within 1 hour. Thank you

“Fast transaction. Reasonable transaction fee and good exchange rates. Kindly add feature to remove some recievers that are not used anymore.”

Hi Mark, thank you for your review. Deleting a receiver feature is available on the Kabayan Remit app. Just select the receiver you wish to select, and system will give you an option if you want to edit the details of the selected receiver or delete it. Hope it helps! 😊

“Good service! the only thing is we couldn’t cancel transaction once already processed, but haven’t had picked up the reciever. Sometimes I accidentally sent to wrong person, too bad I couldn’t cancel.”

Hi Marisell, thank you for your review. We apologize that you feel that way. With our intention of fulfilling transactions faster, after creating one, it generally gets forwarded to the bank automatically without human intervention. All of this happens immediately. If all the information is correct, most of the transactions are being fulfilled relatively fast. However, if there are corrections needed, it would require us to contact the bank in the Philippines.
