“I have noticed that the processing takes time. I guess money in minutes is not applicable when using your app. But still, I am satisfied for now. Just hoping you’ll add door to door delivery.”

Hi Emilyn, thank you for your review. We're processing the transaction as soon as we receive the payment via e-transfer. However, if it is successfully credited, the bank feedback will be coming from the beneficiary's bank. As for the cash collection, funds are already available for pick up once forwarded to the Philippines.

“Good services, much higher exchange rate than others, but it takes a while to receive the confirmation of the remitance. Hoping for "ready for pick up in a minute". But overall, it's all good!”

“On my latest transaction i sent the money thru cash collection in the philippines and expecting to receive the money thru mlhuiller, cebuana and the rest as they ....unexpectedly it automatically direct me to Metrobank which i was not used to. So i asked my mom to go get it in Metro bank, as a result she complained that she had to povide lots of requirements and papers to sign just to have the money in other words irs not as convenient as with the other cash collection facilities.”

Thanks for sharing that, Rosalie. Upon checking on your transaction for your mom, the transaction collection point chosen is Metrobank. Still, funds can be picked up at any collection point, such as Mlhuiiler, Cebuanna, LBC, or Palawan Pawnshop. Thank you!

“Mas mabilis po ang response ng mga pang day shift unlike sa night shift. Pag umaga po aq nagsend hnd q n po need mag follow up kz napprocess agad. Unlike po sa pang gabi mtgal po pg hhntay q then need q pa mag follow up tska lng ppsok ung transaction.”

“My first transaction was processed fast but the next ones took about more than 5hrs. That’s understable ‘cause for sure Kabayan Remit have couple of transactions a day”

Thank you for trusting us, Michelle. Once the transaction was submitted, we tried to process the crediting of funds electronically for it to be processed quicker. However, the bank feedback will be coming from our partner.

“Kabayan app is not so friendly. Tried making a transaction but wouldn’t let me enter the amount after just entering 1 digit. Finally gave up and called the Toronto support. Joy was very helpful, successfully creating my transaction. Maraming salamat, Joy.”

“List of affiliated banks should be provided upfront. Had an issue before, sending money to my account at Landbank of the Philippines, Landbank is declining the transaction, after all the hassles we found out that Landbank does not do transactions with kabayan remit, but generally the staffs are really nice and accommodating , transactions are fast and efficient.”
