Kabayan app sometimes got some glitches. Eg my transaction failed but still, took some money from my account— to be fair they have refunded it within 3 days. Sometimes the padala (less than 50k) takes ages to arrive. And lastly, if kabayan can bring down the fee whilst maintaining there high conversion of currency is highly appreciated.

Still, we're always working behind the scenes on finding innovative ways that will lower the fees while offering outstanding services for our kababayan.

Information for the customer is poor. The customer dont know what is the changes or updates about the limits of the money that they can send.

Please note that as a Money Service Business (MSB) regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we are legally required to check our customers' documents from time to time, especially when sending large amounts. It is also indispensable to understand where customers have obtained the money, they are using to carry out transactions. It is an integral part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and vital to AML/CFT compliance. In addition to establishing the source of funds, as part of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) were also required to take adequate measures to establish the source of clients' wealth. It's very expensive and money keeps getting lost in the Philippines. Presumably the cashiers claim it doesn't exist and then claim it themselves. However, it is very fast and claimants can receive it with in the hour and immediately in most cases. Also the help service in Bicester are very efficient.

There is a problem in filling in mobile number filled for the new recipient , it lacks more spaces.

The old app was better I could send money copy transaction and forward to the recipient all in one easy. But now to get the information of the transaction I have to contact the call center to get a text then I have to copy and paste then send to recipient 😞 😓 0;-(

Online remittance is quite slow but if you call them over the phone it’s a lot quicker. Very friendly staff and fast service.

The service is straightforward and efficient, but the minimum charge of £4.99 is exorbitant.

The new website is not as good as the old one. Far harder to navigate and no tx message to let you know the money has been deposited so for me some improvements are required

I’m happy with the service, I should have given 5 star but because of my reward by referring a friend is not available yet until now which I think almost 5 months already. I’m not sure if I ever get it.

However, to claim the referral reward, please make sure that the following has been completed: 1) Share your unique referral link. 2) Your friend must sign up using the referral link you've sent them. 3) Your friend sends their first transaction with Kabayan Remit. If all steps have been correctly accomplished, the fee will automatically reflect on your account. Unfortunately, if the T&Cs have not been met, the referral fee would not be granted. It is just frustrating sometimes when I send money that I still have to give you proof how the money was spent in the Philipines. You asked for proof of my lot purchase last year. The actual money I have sent has not even reached the maximum amount.

Not happy with the new system online, doesn’t working right it needs big improvement. I have to ring all the time to get my confirmation. Bring back the old system much easier.
