“It was a shame that part of the order was out of stock. The issue was that it was showing in stock when we ordered and it took just over a week for Just Linen to advise us it was not in stock. After that the rest of the order turned up quickly.”

“It’s not cotton . It’s mixed with polyester. But looks nice”

“The delivery was ok however the plastic bag the towel was in was ripped and the towel was dirty. It went straight in the washing machine. Having said that the towel was worth the money.”

“Usually I love buying from Just Linen. This time I bought towels. They are your usual high quality, however the towels smelt dreadful. I had to wash them three times to get rid of the horrible smell.”

“Specifically regarding Catherine Langsfield 'Pom Pom' double duvet cover : My son commented that it was scratchy. I'm disappointed.”

“Attractive duvet covers but disappointingly despite being cotton, they came with a very strange smell - result of storage or has the cotton been treated in some way? I might have returned them but not expecting this, I had disposed of delivery note and packaging. I have washed them three times to remove the smell which has improved matters but feel they need another wash before use. Even at the sale price, these were not cheap. I have never before bought cotton bed linen which smelt odd. On the plus side delivery was very prompt.”

“Delivery was within a few days and good. Unfortunately the pillow I ordered was opened and had multiple stains on - emailed customer services that day to return and am still awaiting a response (2 working days later). The fitted sheet is lovely and as described.”
