“I have bought from Just Linens before and the stuff was really good and the sale was amazing. However on this occasion the quality of all the items was not that great and I had to return one bed set because it had the appearance of ‘seconds’. They did help me when I contacted them with pictures to explain the problem. As the other products I purchased were not quite what I expected either, I’m not sure if I’ll order here again. I decided to keep the other products because at the price I paid they were still good value, but I probably wouldn’t have bought them if I could have seen them first.”

“I am pleased with my purchase this time. However the delivery was very disappointing. The notification was efficient but I added to leave on porch to ensure It was left as I was home schooling my Grandaughter. I next had a message to say the driver had 'missed me'!! They then didn't deliver until 3days later!! So a very disgruntled customer.”

“The colours are not at all as shown on the website. On the web it appears as gold and red. The actual colour is mid brown and dark burgundy. This is disappointing as I was looking for gold and red to go with the room.”

“Once towels were despatched it was very quick, I’m happy with the quality of 3 towels, however one has come damaged and I sent an email to you with pictures and have never received a reply. You also have to pay to return items.”
