I did have a query about the bed linen and phoned their customer service. I was kept up to date with the progress of my query and it was resolved quickly and in a friendly and pprofessional manner. “Didn't have my colours at Christie's towels, search the web and found Just Linens had just what I wanted. Ordered two sets of my favourite colours. Delivery was great well packed. The towels were perfect, no snags. Just have to wash them now before using.”
