“A very confusing company. Obviously the management is schizophrenic. I placed my order with Just Linen. When it came to delivery I was notified of a pracel from Dawsons Appartment Store. It was only when opening the parcel did I find it was from Just Linen. Now send me an email so soon after receipt, means I have not had time to use and assess the products. Clearly a Management that does not live in the real world. NUTS.”

“I received a super king duvet set and two towels. The smell of damp from all items was disgusting. They have obviously been stored in a very damp store room for a very long time. I had to wash them immediately and line dry them all day and all night then washed them again and line dried once more. I'm still not convinced the smell will not return when they are in use. Will not purchase from this site again.”
