“The duvet covers and pillowcases arrived with a very bad musty smell. Must be either old stock or been in a warehouse for a very, very long time. Have washed them and seem ok.”

“My issue is with the throw I purchased. The one I had already was from the Lyndon company and a thick weight. This throw was over priced at £40 and half the thickness of my original one. The colour is just right. Throw quality for the price is a big disappointment.”

“Good price, and timely delivery however it was very noticeable that the pillow and towels smelt of mould. I understand that it has been exceptionally rainy lately so perhaps it’s damp from the warehouse as I never had a problem with orders before. Washed the bolster pillow with Napisan and also the towels and they are nice now.”

“I am normally really pleased with the quality and value of bedlinen sold by justlinen and have never had any issues with this company. However, I recently purchased 2 Sheridan super king size FITTED bedsheets. I have bought many over the years for my super king size bed and all have fitted perfectly. When my latest purchase arrived however they are far too big for the bed. They are at least 10cm too wide (see photo - my thumb is were the corner of the sheet is that should align to the corner of the mattress) and too big for my bed. I contacted justlinen as I need to return these and needed a return label as the items are not fit for purpose. I was asked to take photos and email them and asked on the phone to measure the sheets and measure my bed. I explained I have purchased many super king size fitted sheets, never having an issue and that my bed is definitely super king size (I was made to feel that I was making this issue up & that bed was smaller than super king). I did comply & sent an email with pictures. Only to receive another email asking for me to measure the sheets AGAIN. you can clearly see the sheets are too big. All I want is to return them to you so I can get a refund. It has put me off buying again from justlinen. If there are no issues, transaction will go smoothly. If there’s an issue that justlinen need to address, be prepared to be given the run around !!!!”

“The description of this bedding set is totally wrong as it states navy blue as the colour where it is in fact an indigo purple colour, have had several bedding sets before and never been disappointed but you have lat yourselves down this time 😡😡”

“Sadly, the colour of the item is quite different from the colour on the website. Beware if matching colours is important to you! Added to which, items sent were from 2 different ranges so also differed in colour between themselves. However, it seems like I'm still expected to pay return costs!”

“I know many thing could have gone wrong this past few days investing online and getting scammed. I was also in your shoes when I invested into a fake binary option where I got scammed of $3000 of BTC but thanks to the help of cry Olivercompanyexpert 505 @ gmail. “Whilst the bedsheet arrived on time, there was an awful smell on opening the out post bag. I know some dyes can smell so I washed the sheet, then found a tiny hole when hanging out to dry. When later checking the bedsheet outerpackaging I seen lots of tiny mould spores and the smell again was horrendous, but this seems to emanate from the out packaging. The sheet smelt more of dye, but I have washed it twice with a sports antibacterial wash. As I had washed this already and it was on sale, I really can't be asked sending back for a refund, but I will not be using the company again. If I had paid full price at £45 I would be sending back.”

“On arrivbal it was clear the Sheran fitted bedsheets and been in storage for a long time. The packaging and the sheets smelt musty. However, on a plus side I decided to launder them and all smell has gone.”

“Twice last week I have not received my order as DPD would not deliver to my address as they do not deliver to any address which has a road diversion sign. Spoke to your Customer Service and asked them to recall the parcel and re-deliver through another courier - still awaiting a call back.”

“The duvet set I bought was very poor quality with lots of excess/loose threads all over the product. A phone call to Dawsons was less than helpful. Having shopped here for decades I am extremely disappointed that it is costing me £5 to return poor quality goods.”

“Recently bought a Vantona duvet set 200 thread count quality is poor and material is very thin packaging said made in Pakistan I buy most of my bedding from Just Linen but am disappointed.i emailed them but have not had a reply.”
