“The ordering was fine. However, the delivery company let them down, as although the safe place was specified as IN the garage, the box was left in front of the garage, in view of passers -by. . This resulted in a soggen box from the forecast thunderstorm.”

“Good service, I've bought many items from JustLinen. I usually buy Sheridan but the cost has shot up and I've bought from the Hotel selection. Not as good quality but I'm still happy with my purchase.”

“I have made several purchases previously. All good. This time I bought some vantano towels. They arrived well on time with good delivery. The towels themselves smelt like a tramp had slept on them despite being obviously new. I have washed them but to be honest I am glad I did not pay full price as they are not worth the money.”

“Delivery was received promptly but instead of 2 pillows the same, we received one of that ordered and a different one. Rang Dawsons and uplift and credit were arranged quickly.”

“I have no problem with bed linen from Dawsons. This was my third order and I like the linen and the prices. What is a terrible letdown is the delivery company, DPD and for that reason I might not buy from Dawsons again. Following all the rigmarole of emails and texts telling me all about the delivery (and which I consider a waste of time) with a one hour time slot, which DPD failed to achieve. I waited in and was in fact home all afternoon. I even tested my doorbell as I was working upstairs; but nothing. After the delivery slot was well past I received an email confirming the delivery and that the parcel was received by me. There was even a photograph of it in my open doorway - difficult really because my door was locked. The photograph was of someone else's doorway so I contacted DPD by it's chat facility. I declined the suggestion that I should hawk around my neighbours looking for the parcel so the agent advised that the local DPD branch would call me within the hour. Again I stayed in and when I answered the telephone on the third ring there was no-one there. I think the number was in Birmingham (0121), hardly local to me in Devon, but I called back only to be put on hold so I hung up. Since then DPD has made no effort to contact me, but luckily, the next day, a neighbour called on me with my parcel. This is not my first bad experience with DPD's delivery service and it just makes me loath to purchase from anyone who confesses to using it.”

“Was a little disappointed that the material is different to the last Sheridan sheets I bought. These are only 45% cotton, and other fibers. Don’t think they will last as long.”

“A lovely selection of duvets and covers available. I paid with paypal and after 7 days I had to contact Just Linen to ask where my order was - by that time there was one duvet cover I wanted out of stock. Without being able to log in to an account it is difficult to track your order. 2 out of the 3 duvet covers I ordered turned out to be duvet covers - without the pillowcases - only - I have not come across this before and am very disappointed as I have to now go back and order these (if they are still available). I have ordered from Just Linen before without any problem, and although this will not put me off using them again I am still disappointed with the slow service and the fact I had assumed wrongly that it was a quilt set - not just a cover i was ordering”

“I had a exchange and was not told I would get 15% surcharge when I asked to return the cover and I re bought it. A little bit miffed.”

“My duvet cover set arrived with no pillow cases. I’m yet to receive a reply to my email but I’m hoping they’ll be able to send me the pillowcases without me needing to make a return. Delivery was really fast, I had standard delivery and is came a few days later via courier. I love what I purchase, the colours are identical to the photos on the website which isn’t always the case. I’ll update my review once I have a reply regarding the pillow cases.”

“I placed an order for two duvet sets. Payment was taken immediately, however my order was not dispatched. After waiting for two weeks (to allow for any delays due to the pandemic) I e-mailed to ask where my order was. They replied promptly that only one set was in stock, so they were trying to find another one for me. Once I made contact with them they were helpful and dispatched one set for next day delivery and refunded my card for the out of stock item, however it would have been better if they had communicated this information to me straightaway so I was aware of the situation. It would also be helpful if there was a phone number to ring so I could speak to somebody about the situation.”
