“Was very pleased with duvet set purchased .Had an issue with DPD driver . Second time in a fortnight they sent text saying they would deliver and didn't then sent a text saying they'd attempted delivery but they had not .I was in all day.But Just Linen sorted it out and refunded delivery.”

I’m not so keen on the pattern of my recent duvet set but to be fair to Just Linens this could be my fault as I may not have looked at the photos on the website carefully enough.”

“Ordered 3 Vossen towels in lovely colours. They came quickly but smelt of mould. I rang to complain and was asked to wash them, and I would get my money back if they still smelt. Luckily they didn’t but I was still refunded 25%. Very good, friendly service.”

“Brought some end of line Catherine Lansfield bedding. Lovely bedding, slight flaw in one small part of one of the duvet covers, however I think this is probably the fault of the manufacturing and not JustLinen. Delivery was quick, but box it arrived in was battered, however the duvet sets inside seem to be fine. Communication was good, and price was brilliant. I would definitely recommend JustLinen and will most definitely look at using them again. 🙂”

“Order arrived promptly after the Christmas break. Slightly disappointed with the quality of the duvet as being a name Catherine Landsfield but have washed it as required before use, will see how it wears in use.”

“A lovely, good quality Sanderson Duvet Cover and Pillowcase duvet cover set. The only downside was that the product smelled as though it had been stored in a damp location. A hot wash has resolved the matter but this matter should be investigated.”

“Just linen sent me the items I ordered in the timescale they advertised. I was notified by DPD of my delivery window. The boxes were both sealed satisfactorily. I would have given 5 stars, but 2 of the Sanderson fig cushions have flaws. Otherwise, pleased with my items.”
