“Hi, unfortunately I didn’t receive the quilt cover as the delivery man put it into my blue bin and my neighbour emptied the bin as we were away overnight! When we arrived home I saw a note from the driver saying it was in blue bin. My neighbour wouldn’t have known to check for a parcel. The rating above was compulsory but it does not reflect the services of Just Linen.”

“I phoned to enquire the quickest delivery for a special birthday present. Just linen’s normal delivery is c:5 days due to the volume of orders. However the lady I spoke really went the extra mile by having the items dispatched that same day for delivery within 24hrs. The lady really was so very helpful and cheerful. “Bedding arrived quickly but unfortunately I had ordered a pillowcase expecting it to be a pair but was only 1 item. I ordered another 1 but initially thought the delivery was more expensive than the pillowcase, however after emailing company they advised there's an option on drop down list for delivery for £1.50 after which I placed my order. Another prompt delivery. I haven't used bedding yet so cannot comment on quality etc.”

“Hello, I (Veronika Volbikiene) buy from your store many years, but this time o bought 10 towels Christy and in reality they are completely different than i pocture. I am talking about color - they should be peach but i got them beige. O dont need beige colors because have too many of them :(( first time dissapointed and can not return because my friend sent it already to Lithuania.”
