“Customer service is excellent. When I inspected my two sets of bedding I discovered a small manufacturing fault in the middle. I followed the clear instructions and a replacement was sent out immediately and I have returned the faulty one easily. The replacement is perfect as expected. It is my 3rd set of Vantona bedding as I have found it very easy to launder and hardly needs ironing.”
