“Good price, and timely delivery however it was very noticeable that the pillow and towels smelt of mould. I understand that it has been exceptionally rainy lately so perhaps it’s damp from the warehouse as I never had a problem with orders before. Washed the bolster pillow with Napisan and also the towels and they are nice now.”

“The web-site is straight forward to use making it easy to purchase products. Once again my order arrived quickly, was well packaged and delivered by DPD without trauma. On this occasion one of the towels was of the wrong colour, a quick email was promptly and courteously reponded to and a replacement rapidly despatched and delivered once again by DPD. I can't praise Dawsons enough, they're always good on pricing, have quality products and the online service is always first class.”

“Well really impressed I live in Jersey and was charge VAT when I called I was told you would not refund the VAT however following a call to HMRC and a polite email pointing you to VAT Notice 703 you have refunded the VAT so thank you I will certainly look to use you again 😀”

“The towels I ordered seem great though not used yet.Took slightly longer than I had hoped to deliver, then given the wrong date so I was out when they arrived. Then courier dumped the parcel on top of plants in my porch, flattening them, but I would order from the company again.”
