“I've used Just travel for many years. I find the online process quick and easy. On this occasion for some reason my medical declaration didn't save so I rang straight away to point this out. It took five days to sort out though which I thought was a little excessive. It would have been quicker for me to cancel and reapply but I was advised not to do this. Overall though the service is very good.”

We are required to run through our medical declaration at new quotation or renewal stage if your previous quotation was completed more than 30 days prior. This is because our medical questions can be updated from time to time so may not necessarily be the same as the previous quote.
