“We have 0nly made one small claim after more than 50 overseas journeys. Now we are both over 80, it has become mostly harder to obtain and dearer. Yours was the best offer this time round and was cheaper than our last insurance from you two years ago to this same destination. - the Caribbean, Antigua. Thank you. Alan and Janet Ashton.”

“Easy to book just took too long because questions are repetitive. Would help if phone operator knew a few more medical terms (prophylaxis/prophylactic) due to system I had to explain the meaning of this at least 3 times. Overall it was a fairly good experience and the operator was very patient.”
