“Only waited a few minutes on the phone before speaking to Paul who is a credit to the team. He listened to my requirements and got me a good quote .Excellent service from start to finish. I had annual travel insurance with another well known company with my husband's pre existing conditions all submitted but because he was having a planned procedure in the next few month's they said he wouldn't be insured and neither would they reimburse us for the holiday. Just Travel were the exact opposite and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. In fact after my husband's procedure we will be contacting them again for our next holiday”

“Excellent customer advisor service over the phone as I had experienced difficulty in purchasing travel cover on line after I had completed the form and wanted to add a further medical issue.
