“As a regular customer of JustTravel l find dealing with them on a regular basis l get the correct insurance at a competitive price - as l always test other companies before purchasing. As a couple over 70 and with some minor medical conditions l feel assured with the companies they offer.”

“Not enough staff to deal with calls. I waited for 25 mins which included over ten mins number 1 in queue, colleague cut in suggested I leave number and would get a call back. As I was number 1 in queue I said I would wait. After 20 mins I hung up as all I could hear was music and lost my notification informing me of my place in queue. On day of taking out my policy I was 2 or 3 in queue was handled by a very good operator. Great purchased my new policy.”
