Obtaining my policy by internet was fine but when trying to add my wife by phone who had the same medical problems (plus an honest inclusion of attendance at a hospital (outpatient) to keep good eyesight)) her quote nearly tripled. If I had done this initially, the price that a brash and impatient woman quoted me would have been ignored. To me it was a greedy attempt to increase individual bonuses and I am afraid I wasn't impressed, especially when Travel Cover came back to me with 10% reduction - come on! How can the underwriter justify a person going to an EU country and stung for unrealistic medical expenses?

I only came out of Hospital 3 days before the start of this Holiday.........my wife said we are not going with out taking..........Just Travel Cover......with us. Thank you ..........we had a good time !

My dealings with your staff have been by telephone and they have been extremely helpful and I now have a hard copy sent by post of the policy I purchased. What I find unbelievably frustrating is trying to access my account on line as the computer seems to require passwords, which if provided, then revolve with the email address and I get nowhere!

A reasonable purchase experience although not a very customer friendly sales person on this occasion. Have used Just Travel a few times but thankfully no claim. Acceptable price.

I gave up trying to get the girl on the phone to accept no, she just kept badgering me, so now I have a policy in place which I don't need until May next year

I initially agreed a quote for 11 days' travel cover, which compared well enough with other brands. However, having realized that I needed -not 11, but 12 days' cover, I recontacted Just travel Cover, which ended up costing more than other competitors' quotes. I should have cancelled. My mistake.

I have used this company on several occasions and had their insurance for several years and found the quotes are really competitive. What I do find frustrating however is accessing their website to print documents off. It is very hit and miss as to whether or not it will allow you to log in so inevitably you have to contact the company for assistance which is not really what you would expect to have to do. They have always managed to put right my issue but you should not have to do this in the first place.

Not always clear and no discussion on price even though it has increased a lot. I have little choice because of medical attachment and you know it.

I do many health issues which have been managed successfully. I barely do any ealking/activities. Just relax and accompany my wife. I am not a huge risk . I think insurance was expensive. But .. it was better than not being insured

I did not expect so many questions and felt I was under the spot light. Was afraid to cough in case it went against me.thank you for the insurance but I don't think I shall use you again unless you ease up a bit.

we tried to book two seperate policies using the same e-mail address but now find that we cannot retrieve one of them as the log in requires date of birth to be inputted.
