You can do that here - https://portal.smartluggage.io/login If you can't remember your password there is an option to click 'forgot password' and you can reset it. “Again I cannot get into my policy to print off. It keeps saying wrong email or wrong password - I’ve tried everything as has my son. I’ve had the same email address for over 30 years! I probably won’t use you again.”

Dear Mrs Moss, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We can only use one email per customer account. The system had automatically created a new account for you, as the postcode provided differs from your previous policy last year. I have removed the email from your previous account and applied it to your new one. I have sent a new email to you with instruction to create an account to enable you to login and view your policy. “Please consider staff training for speaking to elderly customers. We are usually more hard of hearing and would appreciate telephone conversations (no visual cues) to be just a little slower and carefully enunciated.”

As the email provided was used on a policy in 2022 under a different name, it couldn't be used for your new policy. As the policy from 2022 has now expired, I have removed from this account and applied to yours.
